Queen Replacement Policy
If your queen is dead upon pickup, you must contact us within 24 hours of package pickup to be eligible for a replacement.
No-Refund Policy
All package sales are nonrefundable. If you change your mind or are unable to pick up your package, you will be responsible for finding another buyer to take your reservation.
