Why is our syrup kept cold?
Honey is known for its fullest benefits in its rawest form. Heating honey over 114'F breaks down the medicinal properties, decreasing and removing all those nutritious benefits.
Raw honey in shelf stable products has been through a high heat canning process, removing all the vitamins and minerals it once contained.
What does "raw" honey mean?
It means the honey we use comes straight from a hive, through a strainer and into a bucket. We do not heat our honey over 110'F to preserve all the benefits.
